Folks, Need help. How is EY India based out of 22 Camac Street Calcutta/Kolkata? As I am already aware that I have been recruited for Client Implementation, so mostly will be on Clients place as a Manager Role for Tech Consulting. Can anyone give more information about work culture? Also came to know there are less Consultants available on my domain (SAP SD) and EY India is building practice and actively hiring. Got to know mixed review on Work Life balance. Also time to get promoted as Sr Mgr?
I got an offer from Pwc. Sdc Bangalore. While negotiation the HR asked me about the highest offer I’m holding and then he added some more amount to that and told that’s the max he can offer. but now I wonder, he never asked me for my counter offer… thinking if I left money on the table ?

say that you checked what a professional with your skills and YOE should be getting from multiple sources including glassdoor, linkedin and even through conversations with your friends with similar skills and YOE working at other competing firms. (you could skip mentioning that you know what some people at Accenture are getting).
another point could be mentioning that you see a long-term career with accenture. you love the work you do here as well as the firm, people - and really see staying here for many more years. tell how you have been a star performer, accolades, awards. and then bring in a point about what best a firm can do to bump up your pay per the market standards.
you could also mention if needed that you would hate to look outside for opportunities and leave accenture just for money - hence, you thought about speaking with HR .
