How is it just 14k per month? If your fixed is 16.4 LPA, your taxable after the deduction is nearly 13.9 LPA which will cause a tax of Rs 2.295LPA i.e. about 19k per month. What are you hiding 😏?

Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. Is anyone living on different floors with ~1 year old? Does it work, PROs, CONs? Our master bedroom is upstairs. There are two bedrooms downstairs so I always thought we’d use one of those rooms as our bedroom so we’re on the same floor with baby but it seems husband wants to stay upstairs. And he’s using one of the rooms downstairs as a home office. We bought this house so cannot move in the short term.

I am a salesforce developer, I want to do salesforce admin stuff on the side. Its usually super easy and I could probably do like 10 hours a week of work. But idk how to find some business to hire me for like 40 hours a month. Small shops aren't usually using recruiters I would think?

Had someone lateral into our firm as a fifth year (soon to be sixth). They were kind of a retool and went from small law to the firm I’m at. They are still learning a lot of basic stuff, and I think it’s weird that the firm hired someone at that level as a retool. They sometimes ask me for help with stuff, but I’m just getting annoyed at this point. Can I just say “no” since they’re about to be a mid/senior associate who should know all of this?
