Current Designation SSE (Senior software engineer) Will be promoted to Team lead in coming December (already discussed) and expecting 20% plus hike

Offer in hand at WIPRO : 13 CTC (B2 - consultants)
Role : functional in SAP ISU
plus onshore opportunities (not sure it's true)

Which should I prefer.

2010-2016 - notice period: 30 days to 60 days max
Notice period task - complete all pending task , provide KT to team or new team members.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.

Is that true?my current ctc in wipro is 26.5+1lac JB ( joined in feb 2022) 8.6 YOE now, business analytics skill..expectation is to reach 30lacs for the next appraisal, however i understand its impossible to get 13% hike in wipro.

After giving 1 st round in HCL I got call from HR saying that you selected and 2 nd round will be client one . But that will be in last 15 days of my notice period. Will they come back ? Should I relay on this ? Also how much HCL is offering for 7+ YOE

Let me know if anyone has extended their joining date in HCL recently. Actually my reliving date in current organisation is 1 week after the joining date mentioned in offer letter. HR doesn't respond. In Discover HCL portal in onboarding form, we have upload a extension letter in this case. Has anybody done it recently. If yes, then please do connect.

My friend for hired with Wipro, they hired me for a different tech stack / exp / tool stack. But after hiring they are giving me different tech stack and tool stack to work on. It's already been 3 month.

He is reporting to the GM - General Manager, and the response rate is very low or close to zero as a manager.

Would you guys give any suggestions?
