I recently completed my technical interview with epam anywhere and I got selected in that. Now HR told me that I have one more project interview round which is also technical. In my epam profile it's showing that it's an offer interview. My HR told for functional testing it's a project interview instead of offer interview. I really confused about this and why should I take another Technical round even after clearing 1.5 hrs technical round. Can anyone share details of it?

I had a technical interview with IBM last wednesday and on thursday they had set up a managerial round for discussion. It went well and the manager asked me about my expectations. We had few discussion regarding the salary and finally I was told that HR will get back to me. It has been 4 days but I didn't receive any call from the HR. I’m in a difficult situation. A man who was fired for harassing women at my last agency is currently employed at an agency I’m interviewing at. This job would be a promotion for me and it’s a good company. But I’m really hesitant to work where this man is. The thought of being at parties or in meetings with him is unbearable. URGENT HELP NEEDED GUYS
Last year 2021, I had resigned on 9th Jul and withdrew it on 30th July with no hike just false promise of project change.
Now on 6th July, I have resigned and received the acknowledgement mail for the same.
But now when I am asking my supervisor he said my LWD is 28th Oct. He says HR has said so.
Does it mean they are counting from 30th july??
Pls help as I was expecting my LWD to be 4th Oct.

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

What is the bench period rule for associate consultant as of now? The job security might not be the same for lateral entries who are joining with higher package as TCS is not renowned for high pay. TCS requires resources now due to high attrition, so they are paying high CTC now. But in future not sure considering looming recession, how TCS will react....
