I have managed and implemented Oracle projects for the last 10 years. I am a PMP, CSCP and PSM certified. I am looking for a change with a salary of 150,000. Any recommendations?
Anyone know Amazon RLDP comp?
People in cities like Houston, Philly, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago etc. what’s considered a “good” vs “fair” salary for being 5 years out of undergrad in our profession?
We’re yet to be told if we’re getting pay rise or bonus this year. Did you get any bonus in 2020 despite covid?
Leave for another consulting firm even tho I’m up for promotion in a few months at my current firm? Pros of leaving are better work life balance, not stuck in one industry, minimal travel. Cons are comp - I’d be making slightly less base than what I would after promo (tho higher then right now) and significantly less bonus
It feels like this bowl is mostly about jobs, salary etc.. let's change the topic for a bit. For those of you, that have been implementing Workday for a while, have seen the evolution of the UX.. Curious to hear some thoughts/quirks (positive/negative) on the some of the recent changes. I'll go first: The search bar in the middle and the annoying search suggestions/recent searches when navigating between pages, profile, config tasks... What are yours?
Got a call from Amazon devices, but it sounds like it can be a crazy / difficult place to work and no one stays there long. What’s the consensus regarding Amazon, is it worth the stress or should I look elsewhere? The salary wouldn’t be that much more than my current one, but the stock vesting might make this interesting
Hey Londoners! Currently considering an offer at EY Parthenon at a Senior Executive level - does anyone have any salary insights they can share? Coming from Toronto I understand the ranges differ quite significantly
PwC will be giving out a retention bonus and if don’t get one, what motivation do I really have to work here instead of jumping ship to another B4? Having said that, does anyone know when we find out if we qualify for a retention bonus?
Did I screw myself by being the first person to bring up salary figures with a startup? I tried to hold firm and make sure they said ballpark range first before I said if those align with my expectations, but she gave a vague “it depends on market, but I can give you a broad range from $45k-$90k for the role.” So I responded with $70k-$80k. Should I have asked for the highest range then of $80k-$90k? Worst case scenario, I don’t want it being revoked.
About to receive Google Level 5 and Facebook Level 5 offers - Product Strategy / Biz Strategy - anyone have any insights on what compensation I can target? Thank you.
Are EY Promotion Bonuses locked in on October 1st? Or October 15th? I’m wondering if a newly promoted Senior leaves the firm between October 2nd - 14th will they forfeit the Senior Promotion Bonus...

What’s your first week at Deloitte look like? Is there any task on day 1 time sensitive? When did you start client work? My laptop shipping was delayed and I didn’t receive my laptop on Friday so I don’t have the laptop on day 1.
Interviewing with Splunk. Anyone have insight into the company culture and whether this is a good exit opp with just under 3 years of experience?
Wife got an interview at Goldman, and her prescreen is with an automated HR video that asks all the questions. Damn, AI taking over jobs quick! But also helps recruiters to focus on recruiting
Anyone made the exit from Senior Consultant/Associate to manager at a different firm? How was the increase?
Does healthy debate regarding current events have a role in the classroom these days? Is it supported by staff and administration? I teach littles, so we're not ready, but I'm geniunely curious over how interested or non-interested older students are concerning today's topics...
Still looking to hire a Supply Chain Strategy Manager. Based in SF / Dallas but remote is ok; 2-5 YoE in Strategy/Management Consulting; some focus work in Supply Chain preferred. DM me if interested!
Been a FA for 10 years, but during COVID figured out that this advisory role was built on sand. Current clients arent able to sustain production. What should I do?
Do a lot of consultants eventually found or work at startups? From what I’ve experienced and heard, they both seem like fast-paced environments full of intelligent people. But from people I’ve seen, most consultants exit to industry/mature companies. Is there a reason why more aren’t going towards startups that I’m missing?
Got a bit too drunk at a work happy hour. Nothing embarrassing happened but I definitely blacked out and could’ve said stuff that I wouldn’t have said sober. Everyone else was also drinking quite a bit, so it was fine but not ideal and I’ve just been ashamed. Lesson learned. This happen to anyone? How do you get over the shame/anxiety of “what happened?”
Fed Tax staff 1yr exp and no specialty. Want to do nonprofit tax but not sure I want to stay with my current firm. Should I try to make the jump here and switch later or start applying to other firms?
If anyone needs a referral to PwC advisory, hit me up. We're poor over here so I could use them referral bonuses.
Does anyone else find it absolutely hysterical that people group MBB/FAANG/PE/VC for the prestige-oriented folks and they never include BB IB 🤣
A lot of negative reviews on Glassdoor saying Google Cloud does not have the same culture as the rest of Google. Anybody here able to weigh in?
Has anyone ever reported repeated micro-aggressions from a partner that were taking a toll on your mental health to HR or otherwise? If so, what approach did you take? Would doing it during an exit interview be a good idea? Or is it perhaps better to just leave the firm without saying anything to avoid burning bridges?
I am applying for a job at a consulting firm and it seems like the role I am applying for is a step down for me. I am really interested in moving from my current organization but wondering if I should first go through the process for the role advertised and then try to elevate it or rather bring it up front during the initial discussions with HR/hiring manager. Thoughts?
Home office chairs under $200…any suggestions?
