Need P1 advice
I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed. Its been more than 2 months and I already feel I'm forgetting my skills. This is so depressing. Havent been allocated since joined LTI.

Where are my Account Directors at? Is 120 k too low for this role ? Tough client, 4+ team members to manage and 2 huge businesses. I’ve seen this role split in 2 in previous agencies. My gut is telling me to run.

Today a client announced that they lied to CMS about their benefits program readiness. This, after telling us two weeks ago they rolled out their front-end interface at the start of 2022 (4-5 months before their program will actually be ready) and have unhappy customers now.

Having a tough time getting a Product Manager interview. I have 3.5 YOE in technology implementations for a startup (my client). First 2.5 years were spent building my clients software, most recent year has been as a project manager for them. A lot of what I’ve done in last year overlaps ProdM responsibilities but I recognize it is a change. Am I reaching too much for a PM role? What are other roles I should consider to try to position myself to break into PM? Thank you for your help 🙏🏼

Please suggest if truly I will be eligible for yearly hike after being retained and is it good to stay overall.

P.S - TCS gave 7.5 on top of 5.1 LPA, 6.2 is what i got recently in April promotion for Associate.

I am currently working in big4 audit as a manager (20 LPA CTC), my wife is in a tax role in diff big 4, same CTC.

We have a Canada PR but are not getting jobs from here so will have to go there and apply. Average salary will be around CAD 80000-85000.

I have a job offer in NZ for 85000 NZD. My wife will be able to work, but will have to go there and find a job.
