Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor. Understanding things have changed there in the last few months, I need un-biased advice from fellow fish who have recently joined or can speak to recent changes

Debating on leaving my current position as a Special Ed Aide. Recently just finished my bachelors of arts degree in elementary education but the district is refusing to bump my pay grade up to highly qualified. I have mentioned leaving to my supervisor but get a guilt trip every time I bring it up. Its just not practical to be educated with certs and only making $15 an hour. Do I stay with my kiddos that rely on the routine or do I leave and do whats best for myself?

I got a couple of different job offers. I’m a manager in Strategy and Consulting but I’m a bit lost on which one to accept. I’ve been in three of the big 4 in the last 10 years. From the offers, some are from company’s well known globally but not really amazing benefits/strategic roles or companies not well known but great benefits and roles. I think I care too much about having a well known logo in my resume. Any advice on how to prioritize/make the right decision?

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

I am interviewing for a compliance role in Trading and Supply. I am only knowledgeable on AML risk but the other compliance risks I do not have a clue about like licensing, privacy, market abuse etc. For example, what does licensing pertain to. Is that the trader’s licensing?? Anyone that has trading and supply compliance knowledge that can help give me an overview??

As a UX/UI designer with a non design background (just a minor in interaction design), i find it rough to get more efficient at software. Figma, sketch, adobe CC… idk if i just need more practice since it doesnt come naturally or if im in the wrong field. Senior Associates - what’s the trick to getting non-responsive clients to respond to your emails? Every time I email this client about a pressing issue I am ignored, but as soon as the partner I CC on the email chimes in to ask for a response THEN all of sudden the client responds immediately.
