I’ve been with my organization a little over a year and we’ve had major transitions and turnover that took me from starting as a recruiter coordinator to a hr generalist, and now an interim hr manager. I have a masters degree in industrial organizational psychology and while I am new to HR have professional work experience in other fields-military, teacher, training specialist. I love what I do. Should I apply for the hr manager position with only a year of hr work history? Do I have a chance?

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 35 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.

I have the below offers. My only priority is WLB and org culture. Money is of the least importance. (Mentioning the CTC so that you get an idea)
Tech: Power BI, SQL,ETL

1. H&R Block - 16.8 + 80k VP and 50K JB.
2. EY GDS - 18 LPA + 1 L VP + 1L JB.
3. Deloitte India - 19 LPA plus 1L JB.
Now, I'm inclined to join H&R Block for the below reason;
32 DAYS PAID LEAVE/yr + 1 week holiday in July.
This means I work for 10.5 months a year and get paid for 12.

I'm currently working at a multinational bank as a data scientist with a salary of 27 LPA (all fixed).

Getting another offer from AXA XL insurance company and they are offering 33.5 LPA fixed plus 7 LPA variable (total CTC: 41.5 LPA). But this is a data engineering role.

Is it worth accepting or should keep trying for a better role and company?

Also, I know I'm underpaid curently. What should my ideal package be?

Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs
YOE - 14 years
Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices
Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending).
SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA
Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year.
Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless).

USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself.
Can you please help which is better offer?
