But recently I received onsite opportunity in my current company but now I'm in doubt,should I accept it as I have already invested 3 years in this project or should I let it go and continue my preparation for product based. I interviewed for a position at Microsoft recently and I'm a bit confused by the experience. The recruiter wanted to know my exact salary at my current company...He said hiring managers will not even look at my resume until I share my numbers. I declined to share my current comp and he said if I wanted to move forward I have to share that info.

Do I have to disclose this? And is there a way for them to verify it if I say a higher number?
