Salaries in this city are notoriously low for attys bc there’s high demand to live and work here. I draft NDAs all day for private equity and it’s absolutely eye bleed work. Volume has picked up SIGNIFICANTLY in the past 4 mos; can I ask for a salary increase yet when workload has substantially increased but only been here since Dec?

Ey is giving me a offer , however they are keen or rather hopeful that I would be released within 60 days . Though I have very clearly informed them that reduction in notice period is on the discretion of manager and business head .what if my manager later refuse any reduction to my notice period
