I’ve been working a contract at a weekly rate for almost 4 months now. The pay is much lower than I would normally take but i did it for the experience and because it was a long term gig. Hey guys, I'm a biomedical technician I with no degree and I'm about to hit my one year anniversary with the company. I currently make $21 is it possible to negotiate a higher pay grade since I now have experience and good rep? Most techs start off at about $36 or 54k on average from what I've researched.

Everything used to pay $350k on target earnings. Tech is booming but I am noticing pay has dropped substantially despite inflation. I am seeing $300k ote and most roles are set up to not hit plan. Does anyone have insight here? It sends a clear message. Just thinking experienced sellers are going to leave or pivot because they follow the money and they are going to get less experienced sellers.
