Jio- 21lpa fixed + 2.1L var

Happiest minds- 24 lpa only fixed

Nference- 24 lpa fixed + 1000 esop + 2jb spread over 2 years.

Other than nference no company has asked for immediate WFO.

After giving few interviews and clearing them all
Now getting offer upto 15LPA fixed..

I am being scared.. I am not sure.. I can raise the bar but I don't know how it will affect my professional career.. Please guide me through.

Total- 6YOE and Relevant - 4 YOE into scrum Master.

PS- As usual TCS is giving peanuts in name of Salary hike.

(In-house) I thought I would be staying in my current city for the long term and love it here, but hate my job. New city also has friends and connections, so I wouldn’t be totally alone.
