Is it secure to move to US from the vendor company, or should i inform TCS of the selected lottery.

Will TCS send me if i told them of my selection.

The partners who grumble most about having everyone back into the office to train up juniors via osmosis (which, fair enough, I do think benefits juniors) are also the partners whom I have never seen walking around, sit in their office by themselves, and don’t talk to their associates at all. All in all, unless they’re willing to give subsidies for office travel, I don’t see them walking their own talk and it’s just another way to extract unpaid value out of the mid levels and seniors.
