I worked for NW Insurance for 4+ years in my previous org TCS. It was quite wonderful experience, clients are friendly and nice to work with. Recently they are focusing more on new technologies since legacy transformation projects are already lined up pretty well. Most of the projects are maintenance and support, so you may have to work during weekends or on-site timings, may need to attend calls during on-site time which can be regular if you are Tech lead or manager. Seek for Development project for better WLB. Insurance is steady sector which blooms even when there is downfall in other sectors. If allocation request is already raised for you, you will surely mapped into NW project. I would suggest go for it. Quite balanced Account!

Our in-house creative team got our hands slapped for not inviting more members of the marketing team to a creative presentation. The creative needed quick approval to be executed properly within a tight timeline and the members of the marketing team who were not invited did not have a specific role/task on the creative project. Why does it seem like the creative team always has to do a full on talent show every presentation but no other arm of the marketing team does? Thoughts?

Hi Fishes , I have recently accepted offer for Epam , but when i saw some glassdoor reviews .it mostly about job security . Do epam really fire employees if didn't select for client interviews. As per the reviews , i am getting tensed now . can i reject my offer once i accept it..?

What do you do if you’re left review notes on an audit that you’ve rolled off of and are now busy with a new client. Are you supposed to just work on the other audit while also staffed on another?

Why is merger integration looked down upon? I know it can essentially be project/program management , but it pays pretty well, you get exposure to executives, and WLB isn’t terrible. What am I missing?

When you get to work remote because it's MLK day and your client's office is closed 🙏🏼

like

Let's start an argument. Working 100% remote absolutely downgrades your interpersonal relationships with coworkers, execs, and clients while also keeping you within your own bubble of assigned areas and not allowing you to hear conversations about other areas to develop you further. We need to be back in the office 3-4 days a week for our own best interest. Yes we've proven we can do audits virtually, but our staff have suffered tremendously in their development these past 2 years.

I’m working on a project using Bitmojis! If you’d like to help, please keep on reading... If you could create a Google Drive folder with at least 12 school appropriate Bitmojis and share to ateaspoonofthird@gmail.com would be amazing. I may make a product for tpt including them if that’s okay with you. I’m making it for my class first to see how it works. I want to include a wide range of Bitmojis. Thank you so much for helping if you can! 💕

Any issues or would it be weird to use a contact from a client as a reference for a lateral? The person I'm thinking of is no longer with the client but was formerly an officer and the legal contact person of a client. I worked very closely with them and I think they would speak highly of me and my client service skills. I think I could get around concerns of confidentiality by speaking with the reference in advance, highlighting the issue and asking them not to identify the client.
