Filed for H1B extension cap-exempt. Extension got approved. Not stamped yet. Now I am moving to jpmorgan. JPMC ready to send USA after one year if H1B can be utilised. Wanted to know if H1B employer can be changed in india (unstamped visa). ?

After I got selected for H1B lottery, is the cap gap automatically applied? I asked my school counselor for a new I-20 but he told me to wait for USCIS correspondence. Is there anything I have to do on my part? My EAD expires in June 30th.

I am at Big4 UK (London). Recently, I started to suspect myself to have Asperger’s. I haven’t seen a doctor yet and I haven’t been officially diagnosed. I was always understanding that something is not “normal” with me but I didn’t know about Asperger’s. Let’s assume I go to a doctor and officially been diagnosed. What are the pros/cons to disclose it to my employer? Can they fire me because of this? I am on visa in this country. That’s why don’t want to risk it at all. Thanks for help!

My company filed PERM and it got approved while I am in home country but I have rejected to file I140 since I am now eligible for multi national manager role. Need advise on what are my chances on getting EB1C with in a year. Any hick ups that I can come across and suggestion that you have. My PERM is expired already.

Hi folks, has anyone paid any company to file H1B for them? I got a call from a company called Cyber Chasse. Post an initial screening call, if selected we have to pay 708 usd (non-refundable) for H1B registration. Once we get the visa, processing fee of 5500 + 18% GST USD.
