I left home but my parents especially mom is blackmailing by crying everyday. How to convince them that marriage is not an option for me.

I feel like I am drowning. My mom’s first year anniversary is coming up, things are not good at home with my dad and sister, I am about to breakup with my SO, and deeply unsatisfied with my job.

I have a friend who has bi polar but isn’t seeing anyone for it. They I’m broke up with their SO 2 weeks ago and are having a public meltdown on social media. I’ve tried to talk to them about it and they brush it off, saying they are embracing the mania. Recently they posted a video with a gun online to a small group of close friends. What can I do here? I don’t know their family or friends. This is a former colleague I was close with.

My grandmother passed away recently, and I thought I would be very sad and cry, but I am not and I wonder if there’s something wrong with me. I was very sad and cried when she fell ill three years ago, but when she passed away I don’t think what I felt was sadness, more like emptiness... Is this normal? I’ve never had someone close to me pass away and I feel terrible because I am not crying.
