In exchange, they would get all the clients that come in (which is a ton), legal assistant, receptionist, free rent, and free office expenses. They basically would be running a solo practice with zero overhead.

I have been working with Cognizant for over 2 years now. The client that I’ve been working with recently asked me to apply for an internal position with them. I did so, however, now the client is saying that they are not planning to disclose this information to Cognizant and that I shouldn’t too.
I am sceptical about this situation. Can I be in trouble for joining the client’s company?

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.
