Tata Consultancy Cognizant Hi Fishes, One of my friend caught in BGV .He faked his experience. HR asked him to resign today . Today he put his resignation. He just completed 3 months. He is still in Probation period. Can anyone please let me know the answers for below questions 1.When can he expect his last working day? 2.After 30 days or instantly they will release him ? 3.Will he get his relieving letter and all other documents for his 3 months tenure in cognizant since he put fake experience and caught ?Tata Consultanc

I think he may asked to serve the notice period also he will be getting the settlement amount as well...because one of my friend also got a call from HR to put the paper and now he is serving the notice period


Am not sure about that, but I belive there is no such thing as Probation in cognizant

Answers to questions.
1/2.If he is not in client project, he will get reieving letter in 1 or 2 days. If he is allocated it might take 1-2 weeks to get his relieving.
3. Yes, he will get cognizant experience letter.
In additio to this, I don't think HR will terminate. HR will force employee to submit resignation. BTw what type of fake experience he shown. Like company or YOE etc?

The company never exists and he never worked in IT Industry

With in a week or less after his/her resignation mail to HR.

Also,if your frnd try to became smart now, Its your frnd loss. CTS might trap in legal case.

So its better if your frnd have really took help of fake document, He/She better resign as per HR words.

He will be relieved immediately and documents will not be provided if no pf account is created. If an account is created, TCS pf account also create problems in future

Thinking about bringing in other solo attorneys to my practice. I'm thinking about charging them 25% of whatever they make. In exchange, they would get all the clients that come in (which is a ton), legal assistant, receptionist, free rent, and free office expenses. They basically would be running a solo practice with zero overhead.

Is 25% fair? Thoughts?

I have been working with Cognizant for over 2 years now. The client that I’ve been working with recently asked me to apply for an internal position with them. I did so, however, now the client is saying that they are not planning to disclose this information to Cognizant and that I shouldn’t too.

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.
