How does everyone feel about the culture of working minimum 10hr days? As long as your work is completed and at a high quality, hours worked shouldn't matter. Shouldn't feel compelled to wrk 10hrs

The most interesting part of consulting to me is being dropped into entirely new teams where no one knows each other and immediately having to adjust to a new team culture.
