I got an offer cognizant -8.5LPA(8 fixed), Nov 18th is LWD.
Today I got DCA result from tcs where i cleared it but not yet received compensation letter from tcs.

Please help me how to negotiate with cognizant.

When do you stop interviewing after getting a verbal offer that you verbally accepted (it may not be the dream job but checks right boxes—comp, benefits, good company), but you haven’t received the formal offer letter? Two other companies want to move me forward in the interview process. I already told one that I’ve received an offer and they are trying to move up an interview with the hiring manager. The other knew I was expecting an offer and just asked if I can do a 2nd interview this week.

What can I expect in hand for a fixed component of 14 lpa?
