I am working as a mobile application developer at a small company. My CTC is 2.75LPA. I have around 1 year of experience. In my city, opportunities are very less. I am fairly skilled and competent in my field. In my company I do the same work as that of ~3+ year experienced developers. But I only have basic knowledge of DSA.

How can I improve my career?
When should I switch?

I have completed a double masters in UX design and am currently looking for a job. I also have 1.5 years of experience before the masters. I will be applying soon, so what salary should I expect in start ups as well as MNCs?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I am working in .Net tech stack from quiet a few years. Basically in framefork like WPF, .Net 4.6 framework and MVVM.
