My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy
My job application status says shortlisted in Mindtree Portal after 3 round of technical interviews. The recruiter told me he will send an invite for the HR round (10-15 days back) But i am yet to receive any information from them.
Can someone from #Mindtree help me understand what process they follow for recruitment?

I got an offer from delta airlines, grade 6 Senior Developer 1. Could you please tell me if its wise decision to join delta in terms of job security and work life balance? And how's the yearly growth one gets here normally?
If I were you, I would select offers with greater than 26,27 pay given you already have 31.5. You can straight away eliminate offers will less than 25-26pay if all are in hybrid mode
Looking at pay, yes I can eliminate the lower pkg offers, but I don't want to end up in a place where work life balance is zero and I don't have opportunity to acquire new skills. So that why I am looking for a balanced option.
It seems you have taken a very good hike. If I am not wrong around 100% on the max offer.

If you prefer WLB then natwest is better option. Try to negotiate with counter offers.

NatWest is not open for any negotiation, they are like take it or leave it.
Negotiate with other companies with pubmatic offer. If anyone like sapiens give good near to 30LPA go for it

But in infoEdge they have placed me in Zwayam, it's their subsidiary company.

Cvent does have 2years agreement but for most of the Tech/IT roles it is not there.
Natwest if you want a good wlb and great culture. Kinda retirement company is what I have heard
