I am feeling so down. I hate my boss. Have been looking to move laterally but been getting rejections. My boss, on the other side, keeps pressuring me. Having hard time getting up in the morning...:(

Do people usually get some sort of raise this time of year, even if they’re not promoted?

I often feel irritated when managers ask about the budget. They’re unrealistic to begin with. I get it that there’s a price war amongst firms. However, they shouldn’t implicitly put pressure on associates who do the dirty work for them to eat hours.

I work for a smallish group that has a disproportionate amount of older employees who are very resistant to change. By older I mean 10% of the workforce is 70+. Many more 60+. Were worried about a mass exodus if we push some of the changes we’re considering. Does anyone have any experience with buy-outs? Terms? My group’s thought is we could front run some turnover and then tackle some organizational changes.

Hello fishes. I got an offer letter from Accenture with 21.5 LPA as fixed component. They have not provided me with a breakup yet. I will be thankful if you guys could answer those:
1. Is the fixed component 100% payout?
2. What will be my expected take home considering I am unaware of the breakup?

" We don't have suitable position..."
