I have below offers

Qualcomm: 30 base + 8L Joining bonus + 30k$ stocks vested for 3 years + annual bonus(5-20%)
=~49lpa
Mathworks: 30 base + 2L Joining bonus+ quarterly bonus(10-25%) =~35lpa

The only major difference between the 2 is that qualcomm is giving stocks. I have already accepted offer from Mathworks and yet to reply to Qcomm
Considering a lot of negative reviews about Qcomm wlb, i was thinking is the hike even worth it ?

In Deloitte I asked 12lpa fixed + variable. They said consultant role starts with only 3 yoe. So they said 12 lpa is not possible for below 3 years. While I was given designation consultant only.

I am with 3 yoe with 7.4 lpa and some of by friend in MNC/ top company with same yoe but package is 10lpa so if now I switched i can get 13-14lpa but that my friend if switched they will easily get 17-18lpa with same experience and skills . Only base salary matter.
Any have any comments on this or will I also get same package like them in counter ??

Does a non-tech PMO candidate can also achieve 30-50 LPA in just 5-6 years of experience as you technical people are achieving.

Please also suggest, should I continue in this PMO and go for PMP, Prince2 then try or just learn some technical things and then can only expect this much package?
