CRED Vs Razorpay offer evaluation
I Received offers from Razorpay and CRED for a product role.
Razorpay: 50 LPA fixed + 45 Lakhs ESOPs.
CRED: 60 LPA fixed + 75 Lakhs ESOPs
What should I decide between CRED and Razorpay?
How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?

Capgemini offered 15 LPA fixed for B2 grade during HR round then on offer letter gave a C1 Grade with 15 LPA Fixed plus Variable. That brought out the fixed to 13.5 LPA. I straightway asked the recruiter to revise as per our discussion and didi not accept the offer letter. HR told she will try and revise. Right way to go? Capgemini Tata Consultancy Accenture

Height of Discrimination!!!!
Yes, somebody out to bring that secret in the open, and I'm doing it(ofcourse anonymous for obvious reasons).
So, I'm currently working at dassault systemes Pune office, as a devel for roughly two years. And across all teams, what I've seen is widespread discrimination, the 'counterparts' as we call our colleagues from other countries are treated like God, and in turn, they treat their Indian counterparts (Us, here in India) as trash!
They get most of the creamy work, get to make important decisions, while most teams in India does bug fixing and other menial work. And boy o boy the meetings and emails…. Even the managers here in Pune, with 10+ years of experience in the company will talk to a developer in France with 1 or 2 years experience like they wanna marry their daughter to them…..
Other answers have mentioned other things like work and what not, but nobody talks about this aspect openly so i thought to bring it out.
Chao!
I agree with this. I have been a part of Dassault Systemes for almost 7 years and there is a lot of dominance of French/US people.
Work-like balance is very good, work culture is awesome and nobody pressurizes you to do things. They follow waterfall methodology, so deadlines are not very tight. Yearly hike are decent, good rather.
This is good as you get good time for your personal life, but is actually bad for your professional growth.
Sharing my experience:-
Pros:-
1. We were given freedom to come up with new ideas and leaders were actually interested in listening to it.
2. Enough time to create POC on that idea.
3. We were given whole credit for that idea.
A lot of ideas failed by our project director was happy atleast we are trying new things.
4. No one would push you to implement new ideas. Its your choice if u wanna do something new/better.
5. Tech stack being used is old. But again its your choice if u wanna switch that project to newer stacks(by doing R&D) and presenting it to the leaders.
Cons:-
In some projects, micro management was there..
Any idea how Enovia team is? I guess I’ll be a part of that R&D team.
If you are getting good salary you can join
Thanks for answering:)
I've worked at Dassault Systemes Global Services , if you are getting good salary offer go for it, there no cons apart from that you'll get average joining CTC, but the good part is you'll get about 9-10% raise annually on an average, which is very less likely to happen in any other service based employer.
Work Life balance and all the other things are best no cons.
Yes, True!
