Recently got on-boarded in Cognizant. Employee ID is generated. But now got an email saying PAN is rejected. I cannot re-upload PAN in pre joining section.

Is there a way that this can be done later on?

I just joined the site at the suggestion of a friend. I am Administrative Coordinator with 23 years of experience looking to relocate to Georgia. I am looking for office manager positions down there, but willing to start with another Admin. Coor position. The pay scale is very different from NYC which was to be expected. I was contacted about an Admin position but the cap was $10K less than I’m currently making. What would be a realistic number to settle on?

I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

Please advise where I am going wrong.

1. LIC - Enrollment has been done from my end.
2. PPF - emailed on icici ppf email id which was provided.

Where to check whether it has been approved by CTS ?

Can we claim HRA tax exemption without agreement copy and claim deduction in Cognizant?

I have completed the tax declaration in my pay . Do we need to submit the tax proof instantly inorder to get tax relief or we can submit the proof in dec 2022?

Suppose if I put down my paper next year and Last day comes in the month of December 2023, so in such case CTS will take JB from me or what will happen?

I have cleared Technical interview, filled CDF forms as well. The Cognizant HR mentioned that they will release offer letter in two days. Its been two weeks and they are not picking up the call. Any email id to which we can escalate this ?
