There are companies with 30 days notice period like Redhat, Wingify. Actually this policy is subject to change and the change can be so abrupt that a company with notice period equal to 30 days may change it to 60 or 90. Well I believe startups may have this said 30 days np

I have 60 days notice period in HP. One of my friend is working in Oracle and having 30days notice period.

I didn't know that about Oracle. I wonder if it's always 30 days or just for some job roles.

MS has 45!

I feel like required notice periods also depend on what position you are at some companies.

I haven't seen any with less than 90

I think there are quite a few, actually, but I'm not sure exactly which ones.

I haven't heard of any places doing 30 days, I usually see 90 days which is just :/

UST 60 days.

I am really tired and I think I’m burning out. I love my job, my account, and my team (for the most part). Working from home with 2 kids didn’t really hit me until I had to start picking up slack at work. I had found a good balance. But now I find I’m short with my older kid, house chores have gone undone, or work suffers. I had a review recently and I’m well received but the window for a raise or promotion has passed and they will look into it during the next open window (continued)

Any help with making a decision here? I'm considering both as a Sr Consultant (I'm a manager but paid less than either): - EY Parthenon 180K base + bonus (avg range 12-18% w a max of 25% so 45K). I got this salary range from the recruiter - BCG but I don't know an actual salary offer for this. So I'm looking online seeing 165K base + some bonus "range" and a max of 40K. BCG seems low comparatively, especially given the old "horror stories" of work/life balance. But I've heard good changes!
