How do you all deal with stupid people when you’re ramping up people? Like as someone that works in tech, you would assume some people have basic computer knowledge and have some domain knowledge on the tech stack you’re working with. The last person I was ramping up literally asks me to hop into a call with any little issue that can be googled. I got really annoyed but I was leaving the firm anyways so I sucked it up and spent 40 minutes going through very basic things
