Where do you find freelance account/project management leads?

My firm does not do any securities work, but we have a client who needs assistance with an SEC filing (Form D) so we are using a service company to assist with the filing. There are investors in two other states so we have to file the Form D in those states to comply with blue sky laws. Is it typical to use the service company for those state filings too? Is it easy enough to do on our own? Thanks!

I don't know how sustainable model is this? 50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny. Top of that , they will not provide any laptop.
