I’m about to go on a third round of interviewing with Korn Ferry for a project manager position and was wondering if anyone has any experience working there, either in the PM department or in general. What’s the culture like? How’s the growth rate potential? Is upper management in tune with those of us lower in the ranks? Any info helps!

Got an offer from company A, more interested in another company, but last chat about 6weeks ago with CCO of company B said they weren’t hiring right away but they wanted to reach out to people so when hiring freeze ended they could hiring immediately. Is it okay to email them about offer from company A, and see if I can get a timeline on their hiring and gauge their interest? Do I contact the CCO or their recruiter? Am a sys engineer with 2 years of experience from a tier 2 city with 20k as a salary pm, planning to switch and got an offer for Tech Security Analyst in Accenture Bglr location

The offer is around 40k pm. Is it worth it? Or should I look for more opportunities or should I stay in my tier 2 city with maybe if they hike till 25k to 30k pm?

Does managers( L7 ) get atleast 50% of the mentioned variable pay( 32%) in offer letter if they are tagged and completly utilized in project or it also depends on other factors? Any advise from experienced M will help :)
