It’s been more than 2 months I haven’t received resignation acceptance email or got my LWD confirmed.Also not able to see anything inside Ultimatix>iTalent>myBox.Please let me know if this is normal in TCS or are there any chances due to these kinds of delays by HR my notice period will get extended?Really worried about this.Worst resignation process and policies here.

I have 3.2year experience before salary negotiation hr told me calling you regarding offer letter release matter issue next day he called me and said we cannot pay 10 lakh,we can pay 8.5 lakh as per tcs standard & asked me if u haveother offer,I said I have another offer of 9 lakh from mid sized company I said by any chance you can give 9.0 he said send offer i will take approval from my lead and release offer next day but it been 3 days i didn't got will he drop my candidature or get back to me

To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

Hello all. Need your help on this.
My joining in Accenture is on 19th December and I got selected in TCS also. But TCS HR is saying that offer rollout is now frozen till 31st December and it will open on 2nd January,2023 and then he will immediately send the offer letter. He has given guarantee for that. Should I wait for TCS? Looking at the coming recession situation I am confused where to join. CTC almost same for both. Track is Identity and Access Management and experience is 4.5 years.

In TCS salary breakup I found there are 2 component of variable pay one is monthly and 2nd is quarterly both having same digit in breakup. I don’t understand whether I will be getting monthly variable as fixed and QVA as per the quarterly performance of myself team and company.

My last working day is October 10th in my current company. And i received offer from TCS on July for hyderabad location. While accepting the offer letter I gave my preferred date of joining as oct 17th. But i haven't got any confirmation on DOJ. HitR is not responding to my emais & not picking calls. What's is the process. Will we get any email for joining date or it will be updated in ibegin. How is it?
