Wanted to check one thing, I heard that in Infosys they asked for an Original Degree for Background Check.
I have a provisional degree and also have a receipt showing that I have applied for the degree.
Don't know why It is getting delayed from University even though I have applied before 2 months but have not yet received the degree.
Will Infosys Consider Provision Degree and Degree Receipt for BGC?

I am the General Manager at an Allstate agency in north Texas. I sell about half the day. The other half is training, interviewing, and other managerial duties. The owner is rarely in the office and very hands off. I step in for service when needed. Anyone in the same role willing to share your salary/pay structure? I got an offer from Capgemini (Aricent) of 35LPA(32Fixed +3variable) for senior professional 1.
Before interview I had asked for 40 LPA.
But After Hr discussion post interview , I cake down to 35LPA fixed.
Still they offered me 32 fixed +3 variable.
Will they reconsider the offer by any chance, if I talk to to them. If not, then should I join cap gemini?

The whole course of medication is of 3 yrs, in which 6 months continuous chemo (if no reaction else it stretches) so i had to live in hospital vicinity.Since october been on leave without pay & joined back in july. Its been 45 days& HR is asking to accept some bench extension program. I might need to apply for leave without pay again.They can also terminate me
