I’m an immigration paralegal but I have an MA in human rights. I’ve been working at my org for 2 1/2 years but I don’t see an upwards growth for me unless I go to law school but that is really expensive and it’ll take a few years. I’ve tried to seek promotion to Senior paralegal but I’ve been told I don’t have enough experience. Does anyone have any advice on what organizations may be interested in hiring someone with my experience?

Role - Scrum Master (SM) / Agile Coach (AC) Not receiving calls for SM or AC even profile is good and have posted in LinkedIn, Naukri, Glasdoor. Known circles are stating that Service based companies in india won't pay more than 30LPA for SM / AC profiles as a reason for not getting calls. Is it true? Any inputs please ?

Can I use the offer to negotiate or do I have to negotiate from my "current" CTC? I have about 5years of work ex. Although i didn't start in product domain, I later on switched to it. I have a standing offer of ~23LPA- all fix (jump from 17.3). This is an absolute WFH role. I think i low balled myself by at least 20%. That been said, I have couple of more prospects lined up, which are about to make me an offer. These roles are based out of Bangalore. Hi All, Currently im working on cts having 1.8 years experience on etl production support. recently i have attended to one interview company name vodafone i have selected with 7 lpa in cts im getting 4.5. im confused to switch company or not im pretty new to the project in cts and i need to know this vodaphone they are mentioning like its vios(vodafone intelligent solutions). im not sure weather this is mnc or not. how was the job security. is it worthy to switch job. cts vs vodaphone?
