Pretty unlikely ,unless they notice some real red flags in candidate‘s answers.

I second that

If your experience is less then 2.5 years then they reject lot of folks in managerial round too. For experience having more then 3 years. 99 % chances are of selection. In manager round they ask salary expectation also. Make sure that should as per experience. Like in 3YOE should not ask for 15 lpa. Otherwise manager will not forward the profile. Give them realistic expectation. They offer 100% hike too but they make sure you are worth it.

It's been a week...no feedback yet for the managerial round.HR responds every time that you will get it by EOD but nothing yet. Are these signs of rejection!?

Currently working as SM2 at PwC and interviewing with KPMG for a D position. Is is a good comparison in terms of designation? How’s the comp for D in KPMG? T2 city here. I have been with EY in the past and can vouch PwC offered a better WLB and culture. Always heard KPMG has better WLB and culture. Is it just a speculation or have some truth in it? Hey Fb friends - need an advise. My current firm hasn’t stated my GC process yet and with current processing time it appears to be somewhere around 12-15 months time to get PERM approved. In addition my current firm needs leadership approval & they make me sign a reimbursement form in case I quit. On other hand, I have approved i40 from my ex-employer (Big4) who fired me last fall, I don’t know if they will hire me back. Since I am from India and the date of filing appears like going to be…cont.

MBB interviewers: “What’s your management style”, “What’s your communication preference”, ever hurt to provide a story to illustrate those traits? Or best spend that time elsewhere (“tell me about a time” questions, the case itself, etc). Ideally would do both, but only 30/45 mins here. TIA!

I had an interview with the CCO last Friday for a role and I thought it went well cause he said he was impressed by my work and we seemed to hit it off but I haven’t heard back yet and am starting to get a little nervous. Is it too soon to send a follow up? Or is it just an American thing to use superlatives when they’re really not all that impressed...

I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?
