What are the various excuses we can give to extend WFH ?

Anyone know if any entry level remote roles at Meta that you could use recruiting skills for? I tried looking on their website but a good chuck of them required 3+ years.

I’m interested in remote talent management manager level opportunities (performance management and succession planning, talent program mgmt). I’ve been in global manufacturing for close to 10 years and open to staying in industry or making a change to tech if anyone has opportunities in this area. Thanks!

I have 3 offers from Capgemini, Wipro DO&P and Deutsche Bank.
For Capgemini and Wipro it will be permanently WFH
For Deutsche Bank it wil be 3 days in office (I have to move to Bangalore from Gurgaon).

Please suggest which one to join.
I have one more question what is Wipro DO&P how it is different from Wipro Technology. And which one is better.

How have you broke the news to a manager when you decide to put in your two weeks? In particular, when you are leaving in under a year on the job or in my case at six months. I am leaving because it has been a nightmare since day one and the role is not what I expected it to be. Of course, I cannot be direct about that when I approach my manager and I have a feeling he will not take it too well that I am leaving. Trying to figure out the best delivery approach.

Idk how, but I got the offer. Still wondering if it’s real (it’s been 30mins since the phone call) because I thought I performed so poorly. I wouldn’t have passed myself. I hope the interviewers didn’t make a mistake (accidentally mixed up evals for another candidate, or the call was meant for another candidate w/ the same name). Is it really hectic working in ZS (As BTS Manager) as compare to Deloitte USI Manager or EY GDS Manager?
