I have an L2 interview scheduled today for Java Aws Developer with LTI. I have total more than 7 YoE. Can anyone tell me what can be the difficulty level and will it be a pure technical round?

During my recent interview experience:

Interviewer: tell me about yourself and experience
Me: i explained my role and responsibilities
Interviewer: do you have any experience in development.
Me: No, i haven't got a chance yet. If proper KT is provided i am willing to work in development.
Interviewer: i got info what I needed. HR will get back to you.

Interview experience of my colleague (girl):
She repeated the same but the interviewer said "we'll train you"

I’m willing to pay for self study and take local classes but would love and appreciate sponsorship.

Any advice in general for making the jump from more client servicing to advisory would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally I’d love to make my way towards either an Advisor or Strategist.

Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I had my PDM round on previous Thursday and the salary discussion also done on that call only, I uploaded the documents on very next day i.e. on last Friday. How much time it would take to rollout an offer in IBM?

Question about RSUs and taxes in the UK - Amazon makes us pay 6.9% of the NIC EmployER taxes when our shares vest, and this amount is deducted from RSU reported as income so we’re not double taxed. But do you know if we are able to claim back the 6.9% through tax returns? I hear a lot of people claiming some money back on RSU taxes but never understand what and how..

Hi! I’m just wondering about the math for RSUs. Per my offer, I have been granted 41,000 RSUs and 25% is vested after the first year of start date, and 1/16th of the grant is vested each quarter thereafter.

Does this mean 25% of 41,000 RSUs = 10,250 RSUs * Salesforce Price, is vested after year 1?

What do you miss/not miss in the agency world?
