Anyone know a bit about photography? A friend was approached by a client interested in her photography. 1–Client’s asking her how much she’d charge to license 10 images for 1 year. For online use on the client website and on the client’s phone application.
2–Also, client is also requesting a price for a buyout of those images (for use in perpetuity in all media). The photographer doesn’t have experience pricing this, any tips or POV?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Hi mamas, I was exclusively ebf & this week we introduced bottle for the 11 pm dreamfeed to my 12 week lo. It took me husband 90 mins to feed my lo anywhere between 2 to 3 Oz. We use the Philips avent bottle. Is this normal? Does it get better ? 90 mins is a long time. On the breast he drinks in 10-15 mins . Purpose of bottle was to get him to sleep longer stretches and for me to sleep more. However both didn't happen, he got up at 2:30 am to drink contd.

Can you please tell how tax is calculated if changed company in middle of financial year.

Company1(April2022 to September2022)
company1 Total CTC was 6.87lpa,after hra declaration taxable income was below 5 lpa so no tax was deducted

Company2 currently working( October2022 to march2023) .
In Company2 total CTC for remaining months in financial year is 7.5lpa.
Taxable income is 6.5lpa.
Tax to pay every month is 7k.

what will be total tax if i combine both employer income.
