What’s a good salary range for Finance Manager? (Mid to high cost of living city, Chicago). 5 years of experience in accounting and finance. Also, how important is making that leap from SFA to manager? What are your thoughts on the value of a title and the responsibilities that come with it as it relates to career progression?

I’m a first year C at Deloitte and have been with the firm ~3years, making $90k. Have received consistently good feedback and performance reviews.
Just received an offer from ZS for $110 + $15 signing (and might be able to negotiate higher). 2 questions:
- Is the 20% bump worth losing the Deloitte brand & my network?
- If I try to leverage this offer for a raise at Deloitte, do I really need to be ready to leave? Or if it doesn’t work, can I swallow my pride and just keep my salary?

How long have you been in consulting? When is the right time to get out?

I’m currently interning at a large agency but could have an opportunity for a junior position in-house. Would that be a smart move or should I hold out and see if I get hired at the place I’m at now?

My HR round in TCS got completed 20th June with salary discussion and HR said i will get offer letter in 10 days and in ibegin portal the status is showing evaluated on 22nd June. When can I expect the offer letter? TIA

I took adderall daily for 2 years to get through work and to finish my CPA exams. Are there any negative potential long term effects I should be concerned about? I took it sporadically throughout

Anyone get cold feet about a new relationship?
