The offer has base salary (based on cohort) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?

When should we start the on boarding process? Immediately after we receive mail from Accenture or 2 weeks prior to our doj in Accenture is fine?
