Hi fishes, What is the general salary range for a 5 YOE person in associate for corporate role in JPMC.

I have two offers into consideration-
1. Wipro (hired for banking client)
2. Deutsche Bank India
There is no major difference between compensation except Wipro is offering me 1 lpa joining bonus n 60k more in variable.
Which one I should consider in terms of better growth n work life balance.

So yesterday, I was in the running for 2 positions in the same division at Goldman Sachs, got invited yesterday to go for a 3rd position after they submitted my HireVue, all of this is in the Salt Lake City office. They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. I have interviews coming up at BD in Maryland and, coming from the hospital world, I have no clue what salary to ask for. The position is a scientist/quality role for microbiology research and development. For context, I have 4 years of experience in a hospital blood bank and am a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist. I was thinking in the 65-70k range, but the recruiter made it seem like that was easily attainable so I’m worried I’m asking too low. Would 75-80k be do-able?
