Hi everyone! I just got into a pretty decent tech role, but it's my first time. I'm pretty introverted so I'm having a hard time putting myself out there with networking and speaking up during meetings. It's not that I don't have anything to say I just get really anxious, so sometimes I can't find the courage to say anything until the end and by then I feel like we've moved on. I just received an email from someone I never met who applied to a position in my company. In the email he asked me to push his application to HR and a 30 minute call to talk about my experience. I am currently at a company I have been at for 7 years and I get vested into a pension at 10 years. Hello fishes. I got an offer letter from Accenture with 21.5 LPA as fixed component. They have not provided me with a breakup yet. I will be thankful if you guys could answer those:
1. Is the fixed component 100% payout?
2. What will be my expected take home considering I am unaware of the breakup?
