I believe only weak area in my CV is my past acads (8,7,7) but I can certainly substitute it in-depth knowledge. Wht shd I do?

Hey! I work in tech (4YOE) and I switched to consulting (will be joining in Sep). Background for the question: I have a bonus system with my current employer that consists of 6-12% of my base depending on performance (I always got the maximum 12%).
