Got perm certification notification last week. Anyone knows how long does it take nowadays to submit i140, 485, 765, and 131 starting from now? I’ve heard it can take 4-5 months just to submit after your notification as they process perm, get a paper version etc. Is this similar to your experience?

I got an offer of 14.5LPA and current CTC is 6 LPA. Management want to retain me. Director approached me and said, we want you to stay here but do not expect 14 from us, HR will reach out to you but you need to come down.

1) Do we need to sign an employment bond, if we are offered an opportunity to go secondment/STA for few days/months with an onshore entity of the PwC Network?

2) Since secondment opportunity is offered to a select few, what does it mean for that individual in terms of growth, in terms of compensation and designation.
