Associate here with 3 years mid-law oil and gas title experience and 2 years of running the residential real estate practice of a small firm. I am extremely motivated to lateral into a commercial real estate mid or big law firm to expand my practice and experience into CRE since all signs are showing CRE is primed for huge growth. I’ve been at the same agency for 5 years, have had endless growth opportunities, love the people I work with and have been promoted regularly with salaries I’m happy with but something has felt off for awhile now. My boss the general manager is setting me up at work. She is saying all this stuff about me that is not true at all. But when I come into her shift or come into my shift after hers nothing is done for me. A lot of the prep is not done. And she complains about me not doing the prep. Stuff Is still dirty. One day she left the grill on. Etc. There was another manager there training to run another store and she said I basically do a lot of the work while she doesn't do much. So she stood up for me.
