What is the salary range for a Lead Consultant Product Manager with 11 years experience in Thoughtworks ?

I’m a newly promoted senior manager in audit and was just potentially offered a job in industry at $150k + 15% bonus. This is a 24% increase in base from my new senior manager salary and a 50% increase from where I was a week ago. It seems like a good company as well with permanent optional work from home. How good is this compared to typical offers at this level?

Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. That's the only IRA account I own. Do I need to open a traditional IRA and roll over 6k + realized gains into that account and keep the Roth IRA. So confused how this works and got conflicting information from Merrill.

Should I have to constanly advocate for myself in order to ensure I'm receiving market comp? About 3 years ago I decided to test the job market and realized I was being paid 20% less than I could get elsewhere. When I told my boss I was quitting they secured me a 30% raise to keep me at the firm.
