Am now being recruited by F100 company to lead M&A biz dev. Go from big fish in small pond to small fish in big pond. TC comparison: currently $220k annual cash + estimated $400k-$800k in equity upon sale vs $300k annual cash + $30k-$50k annual equity. Future WLB predicted to be more intense. Curious your thoughts.

I am looking for ideas for a high school intervention class with students reading at PP-4th. I am a brand new teacher and have never taught intervention but we are extremely short staffed. We’ve just had performance reviews, and it turns out that every junior/mid associate in my practice group (including me) that I have spoken to has individually been told that they’re performing above their level and that they are amazing etc. Is this normal / is this a retention tactic? I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months.
