What other skills should I learn along with Power BI, which might help me in present and future?

I am contemplating allowing my hair to grow out grey, and stop my every 4 week root-dying. Reasons for stopping are — I’m just tired of having to keep up with it. I am worried this will make me look haggard and impact my “executive presence”. Any thoughts from others?
