Has anyone else in PDM received one of these “you’re selected to be an Onboarding Advisor” emails? 2 of my coworkers got one and they seem to be expected to advise new hires on how to do resumes, skills, staffit, DTE, introduce them to their network, send welcome emails, checkin with them multiple times and answer their onboarding questions.
