Hello everyone,
Kindly help me with pay band range for Enterprise Support Manager in Atlassian

TIA.
Don't ever do that. It's not a wise practice. The company from which you are planning to abscond will credit you the subsequent month's salary. And your would be new company will also credit you the salary for the same month. So there is overlap and you get salary from 2 employers. 2 PF accounts (Absconding company and your would be new company)linked to 1 UAN. Money getting credited in both the accounts for same month. Again overlap
Your would new company will fire you the moment they find this out. It can take x weeks or x months or x years for them to find out. But once they find out you will be fired.
I am not joking. This happened to one person in my team early this Jan
Get that in writing from your new employer so that it doesn't come back to haunt you if there is any surprise audit or anything
Also the consequences beyond this I am not sure. In my opinion it's best if we follow all the protocols of exit whenever we exit from a company. Mutual agreement is better than absconding. Who knows what might come back to haunt us in foreseeable future. Rest it's up to you

No issues only if your new employer is fine with that.
Don’t abscond. It will affect your reputation. It is not a good practice. Your new company can wait for a few weeks if they really need you. And you current employer might let you go soon after your resignation if you don’t have serious dependencies.
