Hang on for now. All companies have frozen their hirings. There’s a crunch in the Resources for projects, despite that they’re managing with existing resources asking them to pick up additional modules as a part of their Appraisal goals.

Can’t say there will be a boom like 2021. There’s been a cut in the IT spending for almost all sectors. So no new projects or no new requirements in the existing projects. Might take about 6 months before things start to slowly pick up.
