what's the salary range for Manager (11 years exp) at ZS associates? How's the work culture? Does the company provide wfh?

Does anyone have any general sense of salary ranges for a Paid Media Director client-side? Would be overseeing in-house media execution—not overseeing an agency.

I am in Infosys for almost 19 years and moved to Program Manager role recently. My salary reached to 32 lac with fix part 24 ans variable as 8. I am getting an offer from Erricsson Indian Global private services of 42.2 lacs with 37.5 lacs as fixed component. Infosys is trying to make it close to 40 - however fixed will be close to 30. What shud I choose

Appeared for KPMG interview 45 days back. HR is intentionally delaying offer release. Done with 2nd round of interview in last week of July. My Lwd is in oct first week. She took documents on 23rd Aug and did salary discussion a week later. And giving shitty excuses like waiting for approval. Approver is on leave bla bla. I am 7 years out in a transactional practice (real estate) and have an opportunity to move in house at a regionally respected company from a midsize firm. I have WFH flexibility at my current firm but bill about 1850-1900 per year. It would be about a 25% paycut. I have also been offered partnership starting in 2022 if I stay - not entirely clear what that long term structure looks like (would have to develop a partially independent book in next 3-5 years). Am I crazy if I leave?
